7. Own risk
SkiDiscovery employs everything we can to mitigate the risks our participants are exposed to. Nevertheless, skiing and snowboarding will always be high risk activities. Our lessons and free practice are high-intensity activities during which falling may happen. Taking a fall may cause you strain or injury. A basic level of fitness helps prevent injury. We assume you meet the standard for a basic level of fitness* when participating in our lessons.
We strongly advice wearing a helmet while skiing or snowboarding. Please protect your arms, hands and legs by wearing long sleeves, (sports)pants and gloves. Participating in skiing- or snowboarding lessons or free practice is at your own risk.
